My career has been focused in instructional design, eLearning, project management, software training, and technical support. I have designed, developed, and provided instruction on a variety of training topics and managed multiple project rollouts.

I have worked for government organizations such as the State of Tennessee Department of Education, and the NASA Glenn Research Center. My higher education experience includes the University of Toledo and Lipscomb University.

I was a consultant for many years serving clients in a variety of industries. I have worked for private organizations including insurance, home health care, eLearning, K-12 education, and real estate.
